I recent...yup, TM's customer service really stinks. I recently moved into my new house a few months ago and had to shift my phone line account's previous address to the new one. At first i thought the TM people were going to handle my case efficiently as was assured by the person i submitted the form to. Well, i had to wait for a month for my new phone line to be connected. Then a week later my line went dead. I called up 100 to complain. The operator said a technician will be sent to fix the problem. I waited in vain. I called 100 day after day, with the same result for a week. Frustrated, I went to the Kedai Telekom where I registered everything and to my surprise I found out that my phone number has been changed without my knowledge. I'm honestly baffled at how this could have possibly happened. Well, after filling out yet another form to rectify the problem, I went home and waited yet again. I have to say my patience nearly went down the drain when the same episode happened all over again. I mean, come on. To discover that your phone number has been repeatedly changed without your knowledge AND consent is just too much. I certainly doubt their so called efficient work conduct in this case.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15603901.post-1136826538341091012006-01-10T01:08:00.000+08:002006-01-10T01:08:00.000+08:00All these still happening when they have been sayi...All these still happening when they have been saying in the advert that how their customer service at TM Points have changed?. :(Ordinary Superherohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17486904965554547395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15603901.post-1136785827667970732006-01-09T13:50:00.000+08:002006-01-09T13:50:00.000+08:00KT, Tak maulayan - that's actually TML but very ap...KT, Tak maulayan - that's actually TML but very apt.
Aneeta, we should form a NATO club - No Astro, Terrestrial Only.
Ailin - aiya!
V - scary, like virus in alien movie.
Maya - Very creative your hubby.Lydia Tehhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10477088362900591404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15603901.post-1136783071621494612006-01-09T13:04:00.000+08:002006-01-09T13:04:00.000+08:00Hi LydiaAccording to Nic, TM stands for Tahi Manok...Hi Lydia
According to Nic, TM stands for Tahi Manok. ;-) Manok is the S'wak BM for Ayam so it's basically Tahi Ayam he says. And that new TM ad on TV these days? They should've spent that money on better customer service. Another teruk case is Courts Mammoth. The only mammoth thing about them is their ego I guess. You have to write a letter to the head of Customer Service, only then you'd get a speedy service. The problem lies in the sub-contract of the work. In my case last time, they had subcontract the work to a third party and Telekom didnt know that the third party had played truant. Try your luck with the Customer Service Department, don't call, fax something over. So that its in black and white. GOod luck.ROYAL JESTERhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10367027611307446435noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15603901.post-1136338037886056302006-01-04T09:27:00.000+08:002006-01-04T09:27:00.000+08:00what about that chunky cube of thing.. uh, whaddya...what about that chunky cube of thing.. uh, whaddya call it? a stabilizer? at least your computer won't be affected in future!Doreenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10535332997734578232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15603901.post-1136290095957225552006-01-03T20:08:00.000+08:002006-01-03T20:08:00.000+08:00Usually when the lightning strikes, your modem is ...Usually when the lightning strikes, your modem is the 1st to hit, 2nd comes to your PC port, 3rd comes to your mabo. The phone adaptor at the wall that closed to your PC and the one at your house corner that linked to the tel pole are likely to be burnt and be shorted circuit.

I think you need a diy job or else call up the tel wire contractor to fix the damaged adaptors before you place your sos call to TM. Possibly your line will be just restored with the good contacted circuit.Picatho (百可度)https://www.blogger.com/profile/00685504537340800851noreply@blogger.com
